🏹 Safety

Are ArrowSoft arrows actually safe?
Yes. ArrowSoft uses foam-tipped arrows with a soft, padded tip that absorbs impact instead of penetrating. The bows have low draw weights (18–22 lb) designed for fun gameplay. When used with safety masks and proper supervision, ArrowSoft is safe for kids, teens, and adults.

What age is ArrowSoft appropriate for?
Kids 7+ with adult supervision can use the youth aim-assisted sets. Teens and adults use standard sets. Match the set to the age group — youth sets for younger players, standard sets for teens and adults. All sets require safety masks.

Can someone get hurt playing ArrowSoft?
As with any physical activity, minor contact can occur. The foam tips and low draw weights significantly reduce impact compared to traditional archery or dodgeball. Safety masks are required and included in most sets. Most groups play for hours without incident when following the safety rules.

Do I need protective gear?
Safety face masks are required and included in most ArrowSoft sets. We also sell masks separately for larger groups. No other special gear is needed — comfortable clothing is fine.

How long does shipping take?
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery is usually 3–7 days after that depending on your location. Pre-order items ship on the timeline noted on the product page.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 50 US states from our Florida warehouse.

Can I get bulk pricing for a school, camp, or group order?
Absolutely. We offer volume discounts for orders of 5+ sets. Email Sales@ArrowSoftArchery.com with your quantity and we'll send a custom quote within 24 hours. Schools and districts can also go through formal RFQ/procurement processes — just reach out.

Do you accept purchase orders from schools or districts?

Is ArrowSoft safe for a school gym?
Yes. ArrowSoft is commonly used in school gymnasiums. Foam-tipped arrows won't damage floors, walls, or equipment. Low draw weight means arrows don't carry dangerous force. Most PE teachers run a full archery unit with zero gym modifications.

Do I need archery certification to use ArrowSoft at my school or camp?
No certification required. ArrowSoft is a safe recreational game, not a traditional archery program. Any staff member can set it up after reading the included instructions — most groups go from unboxing to playing in under 15 minutes.

Can ArrowSoft be used indoors?
Yes. ArrowSoft works in gyms, church halls, rec centers, and other indoor spaces. Most standard gym or fellowship hall spaces work well. Just ensure a clear play area with room for movement.

Do you offer a sample set for schools or camps to try?
Yes — we have a sample set for educational departments at $19.99. It's a great way to evaluate the product before placing a bulk order. Find it in the store or email us.

🔧 Product Questions

What is the difference between Youth and Adult sets?
Youth sets use an 18lb draw weight bow at 49" — sized for kids and smaller adults. Adult sets use a 22lb draw weight bow at 56" — more power and range for teens and adults. Not sure which to choose? Email us and we'll help.

What is an "aim-assisted" bow?
The ArrowSoft aim-assisted bow has a built-in guide that helps beginners aim properly before releasing. Most first-time users are hitting targets consistently within minutes. It's especially great for kids and PE programs where fast engagement matters.

How durable are the arrows? Do they wear out?
ArrowSoft arrows hold up well across a full summer season of camp use or a school year of PE activities. Foam tips will eventually compress with very heavy use. We sell replacement packs (4, 6, and 8 arrows) so you can restock without replacing the whole set.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If there's a defect or issue with your order, email Sales@ArrowSoftArchery.com and we'll make it right.
